A group of Australian schoolchildren have gone viral after attacking McDonalds while dressed as Ronald McDonald, causing utter chaos.
Videos showing the cloudy day prank have racked up millions of views after students from Sacre Coeur in Glen Iris, Victoria shared them on TikTok.
At least 100 girls donned the iconic yellow and red costume, complete with curly red wig, before descending on their local Golden Arches as part of the school’s annual end-of-school celebrations.
Girls from the Catholic school could be seen running through the fast food section in a clip that has been viewed almost 40 million times, while CCTV filmed inside the restaurant revealed how pupils took complete control, filling the space from the front entrance to counter. .
Some of the girls got behind the counter to pose for photos, while others were filmed interacting with McDonald’s staff members.
“I just know the workers were so accomplished,” one user commented, prompting the student behind the viral videos to declare, “Uh, they loved us.”
The overwhelming response to the prank of the day was disbelief, with many expressing disbelief at the scale of the stunt in the comments section.
